ECB: Inflationen väl under 2 procent i år

Inflationen under 2009-2010 förväntas komma att hamna väl under två procent. EMU upplever såväl minskande inhemska priser samt kostnadstryck och det är möjligt att det blir negativ inflation under mitten av 2009.
